Following up results once tests are done is of utmost importance. We ask that you contact the practice 2 weeks after your blood tests were done, and request to speak to the nurse to discuss your results. Alternatively please complete this form and one of our nurses will get back in touch with you.

Results of tests ordered by consultants do not routinely come back to the surgery. They will have set up a review appointment for this.
